PCBN is multicrystalline structure of CBN which been produced by high pressure high temperature(HPHT) sintering of cubic boron nitride(CBN)with binder.It is with high hardness,good thermal stability,thermal conductivity and i***ct toughness.CBN can be resistant to temperature of 1400℃ to 1800℃ .
The largest diameter for PCBN is 45mm,thickness 1.6-3.8mm,CBN layer thickness is 0.7-1.2mm.Customerized sizes available. |
